Refunds & Cancellation

This policy applies when in-app ordering on StreetCarts goes live. Until then, there are no paid app orders on this marketing site.

Cancellations

You may cancel before a vendor accepts an order, where the app allows. After acceptance, cancellation depends on preparation state and vendor rules shown in-app.

Refunds

  • Wrong / missing items: report in-app; we investigate with the vendor.
  • Payment failures / double charges: contact support@streetcarts.co.in with order reference.
  • We don’t advertise invented refund SLAs on this site.
