These Terms govern use of the StreetCarts website and, when launched, the StreetCarts mobile app operated by STREETCARTS PRIVATE LIMITED.

The service

StreetCarts helps you discover neighbourhood street carts and place orders in the app. Marketing pages may be illustrative. Store buttons stay inactive until Play & App Store listings are ready.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information. You’re responsible for activity under your account. See Account Deletion to close an account.

Orders & payments

When ordering is available, orders are subject to vendor acceptance, availability, and our Delivery and Refunds policies. We don’t invent prices or ETAs on this marketing site.

Acceptable use

Follow our Community Guidelines. Don’t abuse vendors, riders, or other users.
