Vendor Terms

These Vendor Terms outline expectations for street vendors and partners working with STREETCARTS PRIVATE LIMITED / StreetCarts. They complement the customer Terms of Service.

Relationship

Vendors remain independent operators. Listing or onboarding (when live) does not transfer ownership of your brand or recipes to StreetCarts.

Accuracy

Provide accurate menu, availability, and contact information when asked. Don’t invent certifications you don’t hold.

Fulfilment

Honour accepted orders; communicate delays honestly. Food safety and local compliance remain your responsibility.

Fees & settlements

Commercial terms will be agreed in writing when partnerships go live. This marketing page does not invent commission rates.
